1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bytesniq website and utilizing our development and design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Payment & Ownership

Bytesniq requires a 40% advance payment to initiate development. Final source code ownership and intellectual property rights are fully transferred to the client upon the clearing of the final 30% milestone payment.

3. The Bytesniq Guarantee

We provide 30-day free bug-fixing support post-launch for all code written by us. Any modifications or third-party integrations made post-handover without our involvement void this warranty.
